HAPIVERIでは、以下の条件で返品・返金を受け付けます。
衣類・一般雑貨の購入者都合による返品
商品到着後7日以内に返品をお申し出いただいた場合、未使用品に限り返品を受け付けます。衣類の室内試着は可能ですが、タグ付き、未洗濯、汚損がないことが条件です。
サイズ変更をご希望の場合は、返品後に希望サイズを再注文してください。直接のサイズ交換は行っていません。
健康食品・サプリメント
購入者都合による返品はお受けしていません。ただし、初期不良、配送中の破損、誤配送、その他法令上対応が必要な場合は除きます。
初期不良・破損・誤配送
商品に不良や配送中の破損がある、注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、info@hapiveri.comへご連絡ください。商品の状態と注文内容を確認し、適用される法令に従って対応します。初期不良等に関する法定の権利を、下記の期間だけを理由に制限しません。
申請・返送方法と期限
返送前にinfo@hapiveri.comへメールで返品申請を行い、当社の案内を受けてから返送してください。返品申請が承認された後、7日以内に発送してください。
購入者都合の場合は購入者自身で配送を手配し、返送料をご負担ください。初期不良・誤配送など当社都合の場合はHAPIVERIが返送料を負担し、当社が返送方法をご案内します。返品手数料はありません。
返品先は正式な販売事業者住所と同一です。

返金方法と時期
原則として購入時と同じ決済方法で返金します。返品商品を受領し、状態を確認した後、5営業日以内に返金処理を行います。当社が返送不要と判断した場合は、返金決定後5営業日以内に返金処理を行います。実際の入金時期は決済サービスによって異なります。
購入者都合の返品では、当初の配送料は返金対象外です。当社都合で注文全体を返金する場合は、当初の送料も返金対象です。
キャンセル
注文キャンセルは発送手続き開始前まで受け付けます。info@hapiveri.comへご連絡ください。発送手続き開始後のキャンセルは、上記の商品カテゴリー別の返品条件によります。法令上認められる権利を制限するものではありません。

営業日は土日祝日、年末年始、その他当社休業日を除きます。

HAPIVERI accepts returns and refunds under the following conditions.
Change-of-mind returns: clothing and general merchandise
We accept returns of unused items when you request a return within 7 days after delivery. Clothing may be tried on indoors, provided that tags remain attached and the item is unwashed and free from dirt or damage.
For a different size, please return the item and reorder your preferred size. We do not offer direct size exchanges.
Health foods and supplements
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not apply to initial defects, damage in transit, incorrect items or other cases where a remedy is required by law.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
Contact info@hapiveri.com if an item is defective, damaged in transit or different from your order. We review the condition and order details and respond in accordance with applicable law. Statutory rights relating to defects are not limited solely by the time periods below.
Requests, return shipping and deadlines
Before shipping an item back, email your return request to info@hapiveri.com and wait for our instructions. Dispatch the return within 7 days after your return request is approved.
For change-of-mind returns, you arrange the shipment and pay the return shipping costs. For seller-related returns, such as defects or incorrect items, HAPIVERI pays the return shipping costs and provides return instructions. There is no return handling fee.

Refund method and timing
Refunds are generally made using the original payment method. We process the refund within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. If we decide that no physical return is necessary, we process the refund within 5 business days after the refund decision. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment service provider.
Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. If we refund the entire order for a seller-related reason, the original shipping charge is also refundable.
Cancellations
We accept order cancellations until shipment processing begins. Contact info@hapiveri.com. After shipment processing begins, cancellations are subject to the category-specific return conditions above. This does not limit statutory rights.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and other company closure days.
