HAPIVERI（販売事業者：株式会社ストロボファクトリー）の配送についてご案内します。

配送対象地域と送料

日本国内に配送します。送料は全国一律1,000円（税込）です。北海道・沖縄・離島への追加送料はありません。お支払い確定前にチェックアウトに表示される送料をご確認ください。

発送準備とお届けの目安

決済確認後の発送準備期間は通常2〜3営業日です。発送後の輸送期間は通常3〜5営業日、決済確認からお届けまでは合計5〜8営業日が目安です。

営業日は、土日祝日、年末年始、その他当社休業日を除きます。天候、交通事情、配送会社の運行状況により、配送に遅延が発生する場合があります。

配送会社と追跡番号

配送会社は商品・配送元に応じて選択します。追跡番号を利用できる配送方法では、発送時に追跡番号を通知します。

再配送

長期不在、住所不備など購入者都合で再配送が必要な場合は、実際に発生する費用を事前にご案内し、お客様の承諾を得てから請求します。

破損・誤配送とお問い合わせ

配送中の破損や誤配送があった場合は、返品・返金ポリシーをご確認のうえ、info@hapiveri.comへご連絡ください。

This policy explains shipping for HAPIVERI, operated by STROBOFACTORY Inc. (株式会社ストロボファクトリー).

Delivery area and shipping charge

We deliver within Japan. The nationwide flat shipping charge is JPY 1,000, including tax. No additional shipping surcharge applies to Hokkaido, Okinawa or remote islands. Please review the shipping charge at checkout before confirming payment.

Processing and delivery estimates

Order preparation normally takes 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Transit after dispatch normally takes 3–5 business days. The estimated total time from payment confirmation to delivery is 5–8 business days.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and other company closure days. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions or carrier operations.

Carriers and tracking

We choose the carrier according to the product and shipping origin. For shipping methods that support tracking, we notify you of the tracking number when the order is dispatched.

Redelivery

If redelivery is necessary for customer-related reasons, such as prolonged absence or an incorrect address, we explain the actual costs in advance and charge them only after obtaining your consent.
